We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary professional to lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-driven systems. This role requires an expert who can architect and scale next-generation autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and AI-powered enterprise applications that drive innovation and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, modular, and high-performance AI solutions, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and seamless integration into production environments.

They will play a critical role in shaping the AI strategy right from conceptualization and model development to cloud deployment and lifecycle management while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- In this role, you will design and implement advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models addressing use cases across predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and recommendation systems.

- Your deep technical expertise will enable you to drive key architectural decisions, including framework selection, model optimization, data pipeline design, and cloud infrastructure strategy across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- A significant part of this position involves mentoring and guiding AI/ML engineers and data scientists fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and best practices in AI research and deployment.

- You will ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends while maintaining strong alignment with business objectives.

- Additionally, you will oversee the complete AI model lifecycle management from data ingestion and model versioning to continuous performance tuning and MLOps automation.

- Implementing efficient CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments with Docker, and enabling seamless scalability through microservices architecture will be key priorities.

Core Skills and Expertise :

- The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in AI Agent Development using modern frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or AgentGPT, along with a solid grasp of AI Agent Orchestration techniques like prompt chaining, coordination strategies, and memory/state management.

- A strong foundation in Python programming, software architecture, and API design is essential to ensure the robustness and scalability of deployed solutions.

- Proficiency with popular ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is required, along with a demonstrated ability to build and deploy complex architectures including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Transformers.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Candidates with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs)including fine-tuning frameworks like BERT or GPT will be strongly preferred.
