Leader AI & Digital Engineering (Conversational AI | CCaaS | GenAI)

20+ Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced AI & Digital Engineering Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of AI-driven and digital transformation solutions from ideation to deployment and measurable business outcomes.

This role combines engineering leadership, AI/ML expertise, and client engagement to design, build, and scale intelligent enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI solutions across programs

- Establish best practices in architecture, delivery governance, and risk management

- Build and mentor high-performing global engineering teams

- Engage with CXO stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO) to drive value realization

- Drive innovation and thought leadership in AI, GenAI, and digital engineering

- Ensure continuous improvement through feedback-driven iteration

Required Experience & Skills :

- 20+ years in enterprise architecture, engineering, or consulting leadership

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions in production

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics

- Deep understanding of AI lifecycle (build/deploy/monitor/optimize)

- Experience with MLOps / LLMOps, Responsible AI, and model governance

- Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

- Experience managing global delivery teams and large transformation programs

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

- Experience in solutioning, RFPs, and commercial strategy
