AI & Automation Architect

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned AI & Automation Architect to design, build, and govern enterprise-scale AI and automation solutions across business operations.

This is a strategic + hands-on architecture role, combining expertise in Generative AI, MLOps, automation frameworks, and governance, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive AI adoption, operational automation, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Architecture & Solution Design:

- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI and automation architectures

- Build scalable solutions using Generative AI, ML models, and automation frameworks

- Define architecture for AI-driven workflows and business process automation

2. AI & Automation Implementation:

- Lead development of AI-enabled automation solutions across business functions

- Implement LLM-based use cases, predictive models, and intelligent automation pipelines

- Drive adoption of AI technologies across enterprise operations

3. Governance, Risk & Compliance:

- Establish AI governance frameworks, policies, and guardrails

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards

- Define monitoring, auditability, and responsible AI practices

4. MLOps & DevOps Integration:

- Implement MLOps pipelines for model development, deployment, and monitoring

- Integrate AI solutions into CI/CD pipelines and enterprise systems

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and lifecycle management of AI models

5. Enterprise Integration:

- Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms

- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams for seamless implementation

6. Leadership & Strategy:

- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction

- Mentor teams and drive best practices in AI and automation development

- Align AI initiatives with business strategy and digital transformation goals

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 13 to 21 years of experience in IT / Data / AI / Automation domains

- Strong expertise in :

a. AI/ML architecture and solution design

b. Generative AI / LLM-based solutions

c. Automation frameworks and workflow orchestration

d. MLOps and model lifecycle management

- Experience with :

a. Enterprise-scale system design and architecture

b. Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

c. API integrations and distributed systems

- Strong understanding of :

a. AI governance, compliance, and security frameworks

b. Data privacy and risk management

Good to Have :

- Experience with tools/frameworks like :

- LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)

- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation programs
