About the Role :

We are hiring a highly capable AI / Agentic AI Developer to design and build next-generation agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an effective team player, and someone who can guide team members toward achieving project goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems, advanced workflow design, and production deployments is essential. Exposure to Blackboard Architecture and international client engagements is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Agentic AI Development :

- Architect and implement multi-agent, autonomous workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

- Develop complex reasoning pipelines, tool-calling flows, memory components, and retrieval-enhanced systems (RAG).

- Build production-grade AI systems capable of multi-step orchestration and autonomous execution.

System Design & Architecture :

- Create scalable, modular, and maintainable system architectures for agentic AI solutions.

- Integrate agents with microservices, backend systems, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

- Develop robust pipelines with monitoring, evaluation mechanisms, and safety guardrails.

Creative Problem-Solving & Product Collaboration :

- Provide multiple creative solution approaches to technical and product challenges.

- Work with product and UX teams to craft intuitive, user-centric intelligent workflows.

- Convert ideas and requirements into detailed design documentation and technical flows.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration.

- Proficiency in Python, API development, microservices, and cloud integrations.

- Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.

- Experience deploying production-ready AI systems with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

- Solid grounding in systems design principles and distributed architectures.

Design & Architecture Skills :

- Ability to design agentic execution flows (DAGs, FSMs, workflow engines).

- Strong skills in creating design documents and architecture diagrams.

- Exposure to Blackboard Architecture is a strong plus.

Soft Skills & Mindset :

- Creative thinker capable of proposing multiple solutions.

- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Graduate from IITs or other top-tier technical institutes.

- Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems for startups.

- Familiarity with LLMOps, observability tools, and evaluation frameworks.

- Experience with frontier AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
