Must have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Location : The position is remote but North India is preferred with proximity to cities like Chandigarh , Delhi , Noida & Gurgaon

Role Overview :

Build and scale autonomous AI agents and agentic systems that improve marketing, sales, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on creating systems that can research, reason, and execute workflows with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy AI agents for :

1. Lead research, qualification, and enrichment

2. Campaign automation and optimization

3. Sales outreach, inbox management, and follow-ups

- Build end-to-end agentic workflows using LLMs (not just rule-based automation)

- Develop RAG-based knowledge systems for contextual and accurate responses

- Integrate agents with :

1. CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)

2. External data sources and APIs

- Implement prompt engineering, reasoning loops, and guardrails to ensure reliability

- Continuously test, optimize, and improve agent performance

- Automate workflows to drive revenue, efficiency, and scalability

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask)

- Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex)

- Solid understanding of RAG pipelines (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)

- Expertise in prompt engineering, reasoning design, and evaluation techniques

- Experience designing agentic workflows, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration systems

- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, N8N, Clay)

- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and microservices architecture

- Experience with data pipelines, web scraping, and unstructured data processing

- Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Langfuse) and deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable system design

- Knowledge of model fine-tuning and performance optimization

- Experience with Agentic AI / Model Context Protocol (MCP)

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing workflows (lead qualification,campaigns, CRM systems)
