Job Title : QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

Location : Gurugram(Work from Office)

Experience : 4+ Years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in functional and UI testing, with hands-on experience in API testing (Postman), database validation (SQL), and automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.

Key Responsibilities :

Manual Testing (Web & Mobile Apps) :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, UI, regression, and cross-browser testing.

- Perform web and mobile testing across different platforms and devices (Android, iOS).

- Conduct cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and cross-device testing.

API & Database Testing :

- Perform API testing using Postman (validating requests, responses, authentication, and headers).

- Write and execute SQL queries to verify database integrity and ensure data consistency.

Automation Testing (Web & Mobile Apps)

- Develop automation test scripts using Selenium (Web), Cypress, Playwright, or Appium (Mobile).

- Implement test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation suites.

Performance Testing (Good to Have)

- Conduct performance testing using JMeter, k6, or Locust.

Bug Reporting & Agile Testing

- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.

- Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure issue resolution.

- Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
