Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Core Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

- Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Strong backend development skills in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Extensive experience with MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

Development Tools & Practices :

- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.

- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
