Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow ITOM Architect & CMDB Expert with over 6 years of focused experience to join our team. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing a scalable, governed CMDB that adheres to CSDM best practices. This role requires deep technical expertise in ITOM Visibility, Discovery, and Service Mapping, as well as a proven ability to lead complex integrations with third-party monitoring tools. You will be a key player in driving our digital transformation, providing architectural direction, and mentoring junior team members.

What You Will Do :

- Architect and implement a scalable, governed CMDB (Configuration Management Database) solution from the ground up, ensuring it aligns with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices.

- Lead the configuration and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility tools, including Discovery and Service Mapping, to automatically populate and maintain the CMDB.

- Integrate various third-party monitoring platforms such as SCCM, Dynatrace, and SolarWinds into the ServiceNow ecosystem to enrich CMDB data and enhance operational insights.

- Define and manage CI (Configuration Item) class structure, data modeling, reconciliation rules, and data health reporting to ensure CMDB accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal platform performance, compliance with security standards, and operational readiness of all ITOM solutions.

- Create comprehensive architectural documentation, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in technical reviews to maintain high standards.

- Support long-term CMDB governance, ensure process alignment, and contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives.

Must-Haves :

- 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB architecture.

- Deep knowledge of CSDM, CI data modeling, and multi-environment discovery strategies.

- Strong background in integrating infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., SCCM, Dynatrace, SolarWinds).

- Expert-level scripting skills in Glide, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

- Demonstrated ability to own architectural conversations, lead delivery teams, and guide stakeholder alignment.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and remote collaboration skills.

- Upper-Intermediate English level.
