Role : ServiceNow HAM Developer (Senior)

Experience : 5+ Years (ServiceNow), 2+ Years (HAM)

Job Overview :

- Develop key functionalities for asset management, including reconciliation, barcode management, and asset lifecycle tracking.

- Configure and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) relationships and data models to accurately reflect the hardware asset landscape.

- Work closely with procurement and asset teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency.

- Deliver rapid iterations with a strong focus on quality and compliance, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory and security standards.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to HAM and CMDB, providing effective and timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present solution designs.

Must-Haves :

- Strong proficiency in Glide scripting, JavaScript, and Integration Hub for building integrations

and custom solutions.

- Proven experience with CMDB/data modeling, including configuring CI (Configuration Item) relationships and attributes.

- A strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.

- Excellent command of the English language, with a strong communication and initiative-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) integration for asset discovery and data population.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - HAM).
