We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Tech Lead who can architect, build, and scale high-performance web applications while leading a small, growing engineering team. This role combines deep technical ownership with people leadership, requiring strong system design skills, code quality focus, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work extensively within an existing production-grade codebase, enhance core modules, integrate with a graph database, and lead initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, and developer efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance features across frontend and backend.

- Design systems capable of handling high throughput with low latency.

- Work deeply within a large, existing production codebase to enhance and refactor core modules.

- Lead technical initiatives to reduce manual operations and improve system reliability and maintainability.

- Ensure best practices in system design, performance optimization, and security.

Full Stack Development :

- Build performant frontend applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, and Tailwind CSS.

- Implement robust backend services using Node.js and Next.js.

- Design and integrate data layers, including graph databases (AWS Neptune with Gremlin

preferred).

- Implement efficient state management and reusable component architectures.

- Maintain high standards for testing, documentation, and code quality.

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Manage and mentor a small but growing team of developers.

- Break down technical initiatives into actionable tasks and assign them effectively.

- Conduct code reviews and guide engineers on design, performance, and best practices.

- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers early and clearly.

- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.

- Contribute to roadmap planning and execution from a technical perspective.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on full stack development experience.

- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Manager.

- Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical initiatives.

- Strong experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Redux, Node.js, and Next.js.

- Hands-on experience with graph databases (AWS Neptune / Gremlin preferred).

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and modern frontend practices.

- Proven ability to navigate, refactor, and improve large, production-scale codebases.

- Strong experience designing systems for high throughput and low latency.
