About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Project Manager with hands-on experience delivering automotive enterprise software, connected vehicle platforms, cloud programs, and mobility applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced delivery environments, enjoys working with global teams, and understands the automotive digital ecosystem end-to-end.

Note : This role does not involve embedded/ECU software management. The focus is on enterprise cloud, software platforms, vehicle data systems, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

Agile Program & Delivery Management :

- Lead full lifecycle delivery of automotive enterprise software initiatives.

- Drive Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning.

- Build and maintain release plans, feature delivery roadmaps, sprint objectives, and delivery dashboards.

- Track key performance metrics such as velocity, team capacity, sprint burndown, feature completion, and SLA/KPI adherence.

- Manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and scope alignment across stakeholders.

Stakeholder, Client & OEM/Tier-1 Engagement

- Serve as the primary contact for global OEM and Tier-1 technical/business stakeholders.

- Conduct requirement discussions, sprint demos, and program governance meetings.

- Provide transparent communication through status reports, escalations, and delivery insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Manage distributed engineering teams consisting of developers, cloud/DevOps, QA, mobility engineers, data teams, and architects.

- Encourage collaboration and accountability across squads and product streams.

- Mentor and coach teams in Agile mindset, delivery practices, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Governance, DevOps & Release Management

- Ensure compliance with Agile governance standards tailored for enterprise automotive delivery.

- Oversee release readiness, documentation, quality validation, and successful go-live execution.

- Support CI/CD adoption, test automation strategies, and security/compliance alignment.

- Ensure requirements traceability using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6-12+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience

- Minimum 4+ years delivering solutions in the automotive digital ecosystem, including :

- Connected vehicle cloud platforms

- Telematics solutions & vehicle data services

- Mobility apps (iOS/Android)

- Dealer/Service network enterprise systems

- CRM/ERP/DMS or customer platform integrations

- API-driven enterprise system integration

- Digital Twins, SDV platforms, or OTA enablement (nice to have)

- Strong understanding of :

Agile (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban), Release Trains, PI Planning
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) fundamentals
API/microservices-based digital architectures
Automotive SDLC models and enterprise operational workflows

- Certifications preferred : CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, PMP (Nice-to-have)

Soft Skill Expectations :

- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement.

- Strong planning, prioritization, and analytical decision-making.

- Ability to manage multiple Agile teams and large-scale delivery programs.

- Demonstrated leadership in multicultural or offshore delivery environments.

Nice-to-Have :

- Previous experience working with global OEMs like BMW, Volkswagen, Toyota, Stellantis, Renault, Tata Motors, Mahindra, or Tier-1s (Bosch, Harman, Continental, Denso, Aptiv).

- Exposure to cybersecurity, data governance, and GDPR/compliance in automotive IT programs.

- Experience with ODC, distributed delivery, or global scaling environments.
