About the Role :

Wakencode Technologies is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong software development and Agile delivery experience. This is a client-facing role involving direct coordination with international stakeholders across the USA and Australia. You must be hands-on with Azure DevOps, JIRA, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete end-to-end project lifecycle for IT service & software development projects.

- Interact directly with US & Australian clients; work in sync during early morning hours when required.

- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews & retrospectives.

- Use Azure DevOps & JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and task assignments.

- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.

- Prepare and present project dashboards, status reports, KPIs to clients and internal leadership.

- Drive process improvement, team performance, and client satisfaction.

- Handle project budgets, risks, and change requests efficiently.

- Maintain accurate project documentation SOWs, schedules, release notes, timelines, etc.

- Work from the office and collaborate closely with onsite teams for delivery alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Agile software development environments.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA.

- Strong background in software development or technical project delivery.

- Excellent communication skills; ability to interface confidently with C-level clients.

- Proven expertise in preparing and presenting reports, dashboards & data-driven insights.

- MBA required.
