Drive Agile delivery execution for OnPoints healthcare platform programs. Coordinate sprint planning, backlog prioritization, cross-functional communication, issue resolution, and release readiness. Ensure predictable delivery and quality across engineering, QA, data, AI/ML, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more product engineering squads.

- Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, daily standups, reviews, retros).

- Maintain and groom product backlogs in collaboration with Product Managers.

- Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Coordinate across AI/ML, full-stack, QA automation, DevSecOps, and product teams.

- Ensure definition of ready / definition of done standards are met.

- Support release management, deployment readiness, and post-release QA cycles.

- Maintain project documentation, velocity reports, and stakeholder updates.

- Promote secure engineering and workflow standards, including NIST SSDF adherence.

Qualifications :

- 6 - 10+ years total experience with 3+ years in Agile/Scrum project delivery.

- Strong understanding of software engineering lifecycle, microservices, and modern cloud stack (Azure preferred).

- Experience working with distributed systems, APIs, or healthcare SaaS platforms (preferred).

- Proficiency with Azure DevOps / Jira for boards, sprint tracking, workflows, reporting.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment skills.ve

- Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) preferred but not mandatory.
