About the Role :
- Lead end-to-end Agile transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Drive organizational change management to ensure smooth adoption of Agile practices.
- Standardize OKRs to measure and enhance team performance.
- Provide strategic coaching and mentoring for Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill teams and leadership in Agile principles and practices.
- Establish and manage an Agile Center of Excellence to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Identify, analyze, and address process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Implement and promote Agile practices across diverse teams, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban; familiarity with SAFe/Scaled Agile is a strong plus.
Must-Have Skills :
- Proven experience in Agile transformation and organizational change management.
- Strong leadership in Agile adoption and scaling across multiple teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Ability to define and align OKRs with business goals.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience setting up an Agile Center of Excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address process inefficiencies.
- SAFe/Scaled Agile experience is an added advantage.
