About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all internal and external quality standards are met before products reach customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy QA and P&C Insurance, along with proven leadership experience in managing QA processes, tools, and teams.

This role is critical in maintaining the reliability, consistency, and compliance of our systems and services, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Devise and implement procedures to inspect, test, and report quality issues

- Monitor all operations and processes that impact product quality

- Ensure reliability and consistency of production by validating processes and final outputs

- Review customer requirements and ensure quality standards meet or exceed expectations

- Identify quality gaps, report malfunctions, and ensure timely corrective actions

- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality metrics to drive proactive improvements

- Review and enhance QA standards, methodologies, and policies

- Maintain accurate records of quality reports, statistical analyses, and documentation

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal quality standards

- Coordinate with external QA auditors and officers during on-site inspections

- Provide leadership and guidance to QA teams, promoting a quality-driven culture

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 to 14 years of overall experience, with 810 years in Quality Assurance

- Strong hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy QA

- Proven experience in P&C Insurance domain

- Prior experience as a QA Manager or similar leadership role

- Knowledge of TAC and other automation testing tools

- Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and industry standards

- Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyze data and quality metrics

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset

- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
