About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver end-to-end Duck Creek Policy development projects, collaborate with clients, and build high-quality insurance technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, integrate, and enhance Duck Creek Policy applications.

- Work within the DCOD environment to design scalable and efficient solutions.

- Lead client discussions to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

- Drive PAS application customization and ensure performance optimization.

- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy configuration and integration.

- Strong understanding of the DCOD environment and deployment processes.

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing client interactions.

- Proficiency in PAS application customization and delivery.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
