Agentic AI Specialist - LLM/LangChain

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on professional to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI systems, autonomous, reasoning, planning, and learning agents that solve complex enterprise challenges.

This role will play a pivotal part in building Agentic AI offerings for Wipro's customers, leveraging frameworks like MCP, A2A protocols, LangGraph, Autogen, and Crew AI.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with domain and process SMEs to understand business requirements.

- Experiment with evolving Agentic AI tools and frameworks for technology selection.

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using orchestration frameworks, agentic tools, and communication protocols.

- Integrate agentic systems with enterprise apps, data layers, and cloud platforms as per needs.

- Ensure Responsible AI by integrating guardrails and observability platforms.

- Test, deploy, operationalise, and monitor Agentic AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

- 4-10 years overall experience.

- Minimum 4 years in AI/ML.

- Minimum 2 years in Generative / Agentic AI.

- Hands-on experience deploying Generative/Agentic AI in production.

- Experience with at least one framework: LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI.

- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning or continuous pre-training is preferred.

One certification is required from the following :

- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate.

- AWS Certified Machine Learning - Speciality.

- Google Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
