Role Overview :

As an Agentic AI Lead, you will spearhead the architecture and deployment of autonomous, goal-oriented AI systems that redefine how our business interacts with complex data and workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic AI frameworks to automate complex decision-making processes, ensuring our systems can reason, plan, and execute tasks with minimal human intervention.

- Partner with product and engineering leadership to identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents, ensuring that technical development directly aligns with long-term business growth and operational efficiency.

- Lead the evaluation and integration of cutting-edge LLM frameworks and orchestration tools to build robust, reliable, and secure AI pipelines that meet enterprise-grade performance standards.

- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and rigorous testing to maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

- Establish governance and safety protocols for autonomous systems, ensuring that all deployed agents operate within ethical guidelines and maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity.

Required Skillset :

- 7 to 12 years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning roles.

- High level of adaptability and self-discipline, with a proven history of delivering complex technical projects independently while working across multiple locations.

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar orchestration tools, combined with a deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.

- Proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business requirements, effectively communicating project roadmaps and technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing high-impact technical teams, fostering collaboration, and driving consensus in a remote-first or distributed environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and iterate quickly on complex AI models in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
