Agentic AI Engineer/Lead

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the adoption and implementation of autonomous and agent-based AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for shaping AI strategy, driving transformation programs, and developing scalable agentic AI architectures that align with organizational goals.

As a key leader, you will work at the convergence of advanced AI technologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation to enable intelligent, autonomous decision-making systems throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the enterprise Agentic AI strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with business priorities

- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on autonomous and agent-based AI systems

- Design, architect, and implement scalable AI agents and autonomous decision-making frameworks

- Establish AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices for enterprise deployment

- Drive cross-functional execution of complex AI programs and initiatives

- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed AI solutions into operational workflows

- Build and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders

- Foster innovation and contribute thought leadership in the evolving Agentic AI landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and LLM-powered agent frameworks

- Strong hands-on experience in AI architecture, solution design, and scalable system development

- Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks

- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions

- Demonstrated technical leadership and program management capabilities

- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks

- Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and decision intelligence platforms

- Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption, scalability, and operational challenges

- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
