Agentic AI Engineer - LangChain/RAG

About the Role :

We are looking for Agentic AI Developers with 23 years of experience in automation and AI development to work onsite from our office.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in n8n, LangChain, or similar frameworks, building intelligent agents that integrate APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems.

You will contribute to designing and delivering context-aware, autonomous automation workflows for real-world enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy AI-powered agents using n8n, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.

- Integrate with APIs, SaaS platforms, CRMs, ERPs, and databases.

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector databases.

- Implement event-driven workflows using triggers, schedulers, and webhooks.

- Test, debug, and enhance workflows for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

- Collaborate with solution architects and product teams on design and deployment.

- Maintain clear technical documentation and workflow diagrams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 23 years of experience in AI development, workflow automation, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with n8n, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.

- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, etc.

- Knowledge of API integrations (REST/GraphQL), webhooks, and automation logic.

- Understanding of prompt engineering and tool usage in agents.

- Experience with vector stores (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to enterprise automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier).

- Basic experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments
