Job Description & Summary :

We are hiring for one of our MNC client for which we're seeking an experienced Agentic AI Manager to lead the development, deployment, and ongoing management of autonomous AI systems that can make decisions and execute actions independently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, with a focus on agentic (autonomous) AI technologies, combined with proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive innovation at scale.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.

- Manage AI projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.

- Oversee validation, testing, and deployment of agentic AI models, ensuring their reliability, safety, and compliance with ethical standards.

- Drive continuous improvement of AI agents based on user feedback and performance metrics.

- Develop and enforce best practices in AI governance, risk management, and security for autonomous systems.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and autonomous systems to identify strategic opportunities.

Mandatory skill sets :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in developing and managing agentic/autonomous AI systems.

- Hands on experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or related roles.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages used in AI development.

- Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.

- Familiarity with AI safety, ethics, and governance issues related to autonomous systems.

- Proven capability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects end-to-end.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred skill sets :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines for AI lifecycle management.

- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI subfields applicable to autonomous agents.

- Background in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

- Experience with simulation environments and synthetic data generation for agent training and testing.

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

- Understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks for AI and autonomous technologies.
