Agentic AI Developer

Role Summary :

Build and deploy enterprise AI agents for real-world use cases across industries. Focus on developing intelligent agents with strong reasoning, integrations, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build AI agents using Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar tools

- Develop agent capabilities (reasoning, memory, tool usage)

- Create integrations with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SharePoint)

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines and vector search

- Define evaluation metrics and improve agent performance

- Support pilot deployments across domains (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing)

Must-Have Skills :

- Python or Node.js

- Machine Learning & AI fundamentals, Microsoft Azure

- Experience with LLMs / Generative AI and Agentic AI

- RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

- Experience with AI agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)

Experience Required :

- 3 - 6 years in AI/ML with hands-on experience in building AI/LLM-based applications
