Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Agentforce Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agentforce architecture, deployment, and operations, with strong hands-on experience in Windows-based agent deployment and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Agentforce configurations and workflows across cloud (e.g., Salesforce platforms) and on-premises environments.

- Ensure optimal deployment architecture following Agentforce best practices.

- Perform Windows-based agent deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.

- Develop automation scripts to streamline agent onboarding, configuration updates, and performance optimization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to :

1. Policy pushes

2. Data collection

3. Server-agent communication

- Monitor and tune agent performance to ensure reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain compliance and uptime.

- Provide technical guidance on integration with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud (Salesforce)

Skills and experience required :

- Strong knowledge of Agent Force architecture, components, and deployment best practices.

- Experience in Windows-based agent deployment and troubleshooting.

- Design, develop, and maintain Agent Force configurations and workflows across cloud or on-prem platforms.

- Implement automation scripts for agent onboarding, updates, and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot agent-related issues related to policy push, data collection, and server-agent communication.
