About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled React JS Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern React practices. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js

- Build reusable, clean, and maintainable functional components

- Manage application state efficiently using modern state management tools

- Integrate REST APIs and handle data fetching effectively

- Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications

- Follow best practices for version control, code reviews, and documentation

Required Technical Skills :

I. Core Technical Skills (Checklist) :

React.js Fundamentals :

- Strong understanding of React fundamentals

- Experience with Hooks (useState, useEffect)

- Functional components

- State & Props management

JavaScript (ES6+) :

- Arrow functions

- Destructuring

- Async/Await

- Modern JS concepts

State Management :

- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK)

OR

- React Context API / modern libraries like Zustand

Data Fetching :

- Hands-on experience with Axios / Fetch API

- Familiarity with React Query / SWR is a plus

Styling :

- CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion)

OR

- CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material-UI

Version Control :

- Proficient in Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Testing (Good to Have) :

- Experience with Jest or React Testing Library

II. Experience & Portfolio

React Project Experience :

- At least 1 to 2 practical React projects

- Clear explanation of individual roles and contributions

Portfolio / GitHub :

- Active GitHub or portfolio link showcasing React projects

Years of Experience :

- Relevant hands-on experience in React development

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Basic understanding of performance optimization and security best practices

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration
