At SG IT Consulting, we are expanding our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) practice and looking for skilled AEP/AJO Developers to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced marketing technology solutions that empower businesses with real-time personalization, customer journey orchestration, and data-driven decisioning.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe-powered marketing ecosystems.

- Drive customer identity resolution, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and offer decisioning using AEP modules.

- Integrate AEP with external systems, CRMs, data lakes, and web/mobile platforms via APIs, SDKs, and batch flows.

- Design and execute migration strategies from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe stack.

- Develop custom Java-based microservices and integrations to support Martech processes.

- Ensure platform quality through automated testing, functional validation, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, consent, and privacy standards.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with proficiency in at least 2+ modules:

- RTCDP (Real-Time CDP)

- CJA (Customer Journey Analytics)

- AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)

- ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine)

- In-depth knowledge of XDM schema, identity stitching, batch/streaming ingestion, connectors

- Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for integrations

- Hands-on with Adobe Edge Network, Web/Mobile SDKs, Tags, Event Forwarding

- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus (for migration/transition mapping)

- Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and privacy compliance

- Experience with automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent communication skills & ability to thrive in Agile environments
