About the Role :


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior ServiceNow Mobile Developer to join our team for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a particular focus on designing, developing, and optimizing mobile interfaces and workflows. You will be instrumental in creating intuitive and responsive mobile user experiences within the ServiceNow platform, collaborating closely with product owners and UX/UI designers.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement engaging and efficient mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.

- Configure and optimize mobile application configurations, navigation, branding, and user experience within the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate effectively with product owners and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into intuitive and user-friendly mobile solutions.

- Seamlessly integrate ServiceNow mobile applications with core platform features, including Forms, Lists, Notifications, Approvals, and more.

- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and other technical issues within ServiceNow mobile applications, performing thorough root cause analysis.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of mobile development processes and best practices.

- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow mobile capabilities and industry trends.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :


- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) Certification is a mandatory requirement.

- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, specifically focused on Now Mobile and Mobile Agent app configuration.

- Proven expertise in leveraging ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer for mobile solution development.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including thorough proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

- Demonstrated experience with integrations, including a solid grasp of REST APIs in the context of mobile development.

- In-depth knowledge of UI Policies, UI Scripts, and Client Scripts as they apply to mobile interfaces.


Preferred Skills & Experience :


- Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices in a ServiceNow context.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Education :


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
