Role : AEM manager

Exp : 10 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for our AEM platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

- Manage and mentor a team of AEM developers and content authors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and prioritize tasks to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Skill :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage AEM implementations, including experience with AEM architecture, development, and deployment.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, content authors, and marketing stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to on-site work environment in Bangalore.
