Role Overview :

As an AEM Lead at Sysmind Tech, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts, to translate business requirements into robust and scalable AEM implementations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of AEM-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and development tasks.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AEM developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Oversee the implementation of AEM components, templates, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, promoting code quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure project success.

- Contribute to the development of AEM best practices and standards, promoting consistency and efficiency across projects.

- Stay abreast of the latest AEM features and updates, evaluating their potential impact on our solutions and recommending adoption strategies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex AEM-based solutions, leveraging core AEM functionalities and best practices.

- Proven expertise in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, or Mumbai.
