AEM Guides Platform Administrator

The roles and responsibilities :

- Own and manage the authoring and publishing workflows in AEM Guides, including troubleshooting and triaging workflow issues.

- Support users with access issues and provide technical assistance for the platform.

- Maintain and administer the AEM Guides platform after handoff from the integration partner, including configuration and bespoke development support.

- Collaborate closely with the integration partner during the migration and implementation phase, then independently manage the platform.

- Partner with the team of knowledge content engineers and other ecosystem stakeholders to ensure smooth

platform operations and support.

- Apply expertise in XML ,XSLT for effective platform management.

- The role is focused on platform administration, configuration, and monitoring, not content creation.

Candidate Profile to Focus On :

- Solid engineering background, capable of managing and troubleshooting a complex content management system

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, with initial guidance from the integration partner.

- Not a content creator or technical writer; focus should be on candidates with platform administration and engineering skills.

- Preference for candidates with prior implementation experience, but candidates with strong AEM knowledge and willingness to learn are also considered.

- AEM Guides experience is priority, followed by general AEM expertise

- Shift time : EMEA shift 2 : 00 PM IST 11 : 00 PM IST

Experience : 5+ Yrs

Assignment Length : 12 Months

Location : Bangalore India (Hybrid, WFO -ednesday, Thursday)

Interview Process : Interview Process : Two interview roundsfirst for technical screening, second for cultural fit and overall assessment.
