Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Front End Developer to support enterprise-level digital initiatives for our MNC client.

The role focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining front-end components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while leveraging modern web technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

This is a high-priority requirement, and immediate or early joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain front-end components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Implement user interfaces using HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML in line with design specifications

- Build responsive and interactive web applications using Angular or React JS

- Integrate front-end components with backend systems and web services

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across multiple devices

- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and usability

- Track development activities, defects, and progress using JIRA

- Maintain and manage source code repositories using GitHub

- Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams during the development lifecycle

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience as a Front End Developer using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

- Solid understanding of HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React JS

- Experience working with web services and front-end integrations

- Working knowledge of JIRA for Agile project management and issue tracking

- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development

- 5-9 years of relevant professional experience in front-end development

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced environments

- Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
