Role Overview :

Seeking an AEM Developer with strong core development expertise to build scalable, high-performance content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. The role requires hands-on development, debugging, and ownership across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop AEM components, templates, and workflows from scratch

- Manage and support authoring and content lifecycle

- Work across SDLC : design, development, testing, deployment

- Optimize application performance and architecture

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Must-Have Skills (Strict Screening)

- Strong AEM core development experience

- Hands-on expertise in :

- Java, Sling, OSGi

- HTL (Sightly), JCR Repository

- Experience in :

- Component development (from scratch)

- Authoring & content management

- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Core Tech Stack :

Good to Have :

- Basic frontend knowledge (React / Angular)

- Experience with CI/CD and Agile practices
