We are urgently hiring an experienced AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM development, Java, and front-end technologies and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

AEM Development & Customization :

- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.

- Implement AEM Sites features using best practices and recommended design patterns.

- Work on AEM author and publish environments, ensuring smooth content delivery.

Backend Development (Java) :

- Build and maintain backend services using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and Servlets.

- Integrate AEM with third-party systems and RESTful APIs.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert designs into AEM-compatible components.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

Content & Workflow Management :

- Enable content authors with reusable components and efficient workflows.

- Configure permissions, workflows, and versioning for content management.

- Support personalization and multi-site implementations where required.

Testing, Deployment & Support :

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.

- Assist with deployments, environment setups, and AEM upgrades/patches.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

- Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in AEM Development

- Strong proficiency in Java

- Experience with :

- AEM Components, Templates, Dialogs

- Sling Models, OSGi, Servlets

- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Tools & Platforms :

- Familiarity with CRXDE, AEM Package Manager

- Experience with Git or similar version control systems

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service

- Knowledge of HTL (Sightly)

- Exposure to Dispatcher configuration and caching

- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
