AEM Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services

- Maintain and enhance existing AEM applications, ensuring high performance and scalability

- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Customize and extend AEM features such as DAM, workflow, user management, and tagging

- Develop integrations between AEM and other systems (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing tools)

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM applications for better performance

- Follow best practices in coding, documentation, and testing to ensure software quality

- Stay updated with the latest Adobe Experience Manager features, upgrades, and trends

Requirements & Skills :

- Experience in developing custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional but a plus)

- Experience with Maven, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools for build and deployment automation

- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and web content delivery

- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
