Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Automation Tester with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), automation testing frameworks, and web application testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing AEM-based applications, authoring and publishing workflows, component validation, and automation framework development.

The candidate will work closely with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure high-quality releases and scalable testing processes across enterprise digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for AEM applications

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing

- Validate AEM authoring, publishing, workflows, templates, components, and content management functionalities

- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, or similar technologies

- Perform API testing and backend validation for integrated applications

- Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and prepare test scenarios

- Create reusable test cases, test plans, and automation suites

- Execute cross-browser and responsive testing for web applications

- Identify, log, track, and validate defects through defect management tools

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Perform smoke testing, sanity testing, and production validation activities

- Ensure testing standards, QA best practices, and release quality compliance

- Prepare test execution reports and QA documentation

- Support CI/CD pipeline testing and release automation activities

Required Skills :

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) :

- Strong experience in AEM Testing and QA processes

- Hands-on experience testing AEM Sites and component functionality

- Knowledge of AEM authoring and publishing environments

- Experience validating templates, workflows, content fragments, and experience fragments

Automation Testing :

- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks

- Strong experience with Java/TestNG/JUnit/Cucumber

- Experience in UI automation and regression testing

- Knowledge of API automation testing tools

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies

- Experience with REST APIs and backend validations

- Knowledge of SQL and database validation

- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines

QA & Process :

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of test management and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Cloud integrations

- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments

- AEM certification is an added advantage

- Experience in Retail, BFSI, Healthcare, or Media domains preferred
