Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end AEM architecture design, development, and delivery for large-scale projects.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for AEM-based solutions.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Ensure AEM platform scalability, performance optimization, and integration with third-party systems (CRM, DAM, analytics, commerce, etc.

- Oversee and guide AEM development teams during implementation.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Drive migration projects from legacy CMS platforms to AEM.

- Stay updated with Adobe's product roadmap and suggest improvements to leverage new features.

- Support DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, and cloud hosting strategies for AEM environments (on-premise or AEM as a Cloud Service).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, Templates, Components, and OSGi services.

- Experience with Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher configurations.

- Proficient in front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular (preferred).

- Knowledge of integration patterns with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and third-party systems.

- Experience in cloud deployment models (AWS, Azure, or Adobe Managed Services).

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing in AEM projects.

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills to work with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Adobe Certified AEM Architect or AEM Sites Developer.

- Experience with Headless CMS and GraphQL in AEM.

- Exposure to multi-site, multi-language architecture in AEM.

- Experience in migration from legacy CMS to AEM
