Position Overview :
- The Project Manager will lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within an IT Services environment.
- This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience delivering ServiceNow projects is considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and successful project closure, including post-implementation reviews.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within IT Services organizations.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working across enterprise technology stacks is required.
- Exposure to CRM or enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Appian, Oracle, or similar technologies is desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
