Aelum Consulting - ServiceNow Developer/Consultant - ITOM Module

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Consultant with a strong focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT service delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and monitor all technical aspects of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including forms, workflows, UI actions, business rules, and client/server scripts.

- Manage integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP web services and Scripted APIs.

- Provide technical expertise in areas including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.

- Perform data imports, transformation, and mapping activities as part of ServiceNow implementations.

- Analyze and interpret business requirements to build scalable and efficient solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the platform environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality deliverables.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills :

- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and scripting.

- Strong experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.).

- Proficient in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and custom app development.

5. Workflow and Flow Designer

- Strong working knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP) and Scripted APIs.

- Experience with third-party integrations and enterprise data flow.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Ability to handle complex data issues and transformation logic.

Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Mandatory

- Advanced ServiceNow certifications (ITOM/ITSM) Preferred

- Passport Mandatory
