Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex, business-critical projects.

- The role requires strong accountability and sound judgment, with the ability to stabilize delivery in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

- Take charge of projects facing schedule or budget challenges and drive recovery.

- Make timely decisions in ambiguous situations and own outcomes.

- Manage senior stakeholders and challenging client situations professionally.

- Control scope through structured change management.

- Own project budgets, forecasts, and financial health.

- Communicate risks, issues, and difficult messages clearly and early to leadership.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams under pressure.

- Establish and enforce project governance and reporting discipline.

- Resolve conflicting stakeholder priorities with clear trade-offs and recommendations.

Required Experience & Skills:

- 10+ years of overall experience with significant ownership as a Senior Project Manager.

- Proven experience handling complex and high-priority projects.

- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD/FSD, project plans).

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Experience delivering Enterprise platforms, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.

- Strong commercial and financial awareness.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience managing multi-vendor or multi-location teams.

- Exposure to CXO-level stakeholders or steering committees.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred, not mandatory).
