Role : Senior CRM Developer


Location : Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad


Experience : 5 - 8 Years


Work Mode : Onsite


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment.


- Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC's.


- Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.


- Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e.g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).


- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.


- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.


- Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.


- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API.


- Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.


- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS.


- Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications.


- Experience in Data migration data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications.


- Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.


- DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE.


Skill Set :


Must-Have Skills :


- Plugins, Canvas Apps, Workflows, Ribbon Workbench, C#, Power Automate, JavaScript, Data Migration, Azure Security Groups, Console Applications, Custom PCF Controls, React.


Good to have :


- Azure (Function Apps, App Services, ADF, Data Lake).


Additional Notes :


- Need candidates with Immediate or up to 1-month notice period.


- Performance bonuses are awarded based on individual contributions to billing projects.


- We conduct two appraisals in a financial year, scheduled in April and November.


Interview Process :


- 1st Round (Virtual) : Basic questions related to CRM.


- 2nd Round (Face-to-Face) : In-depth technical questions.
