- Experience in Custom Report building/ Automation in SFM system/application

- Experience in reviewing and processing inbound and outbound files

- Exposure to pre and post upgrade activities of the system

- Exp in working with HL7 interfaces to verify messages and retrigerring failed messages

- Hands-on on regulatory and version upgrades of SCM/MS4
