- Experienced ServiceNow developer with expertise in Integration, Scripting, Flow and CMDB

- Experience in ServiceNow over different ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management.

- Experience of working in Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies, Email notifications, Email Scripts, Transform maps, workflows.

- Must have worked on Integrations with third party tool using RESTSOAP APIs, Web Services

- Experience or knowledge in any of these modules like CMDB, Service portal , ITBM , CSM , FSM, SAM

- Develop external application integrations using Web Service APIs

- Need ServiceNow Technical Architect, experience in ServiceNow over different ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management.

- Work with business IT users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows, as well as determine where ServiceNow can fit into business processes to improve services and translate requirements stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the project team.
