As a Dynamics 365 FO/Commerce Technical specialist you will be part of the team implementing Dynamics 365 FO and Commerce in BESTSELLER India. You will help implement Dynamics 365 and apply your technical skills in practical scenarios.

You will be working with many aspects of Dynamics 365 ranging from application lifecycle management, development, deployments, monitoring and integrations. You will also contribute technical expertise across our existing Dynamics 365 and cloud implementations. Collaboration with other team members is key to ensuring our cloud-based solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage Dynamics 365 FO and Commerce implementation at BESTSELLER India and globally.

- Improve all stages of the software lifecycle with ALM tools like Azure DevOps, LCS, and Power Platform.

- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate integration and delivery workflows.

- Design and develop Dynamics 365 customizations as needed.

- Implement, test, document, and monitor integrations for Dynamics 365.

- Build and maintain monitoring tools for Dynamics 365 and related platforms.

- Plan, coordinate, and deliver releases.

- Collaborate with teams to integrate internal systems and ensure unified solutions.

Job requirements :

- Must have +5 years of technical experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce and FO

- Must have +3 years of technical experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure

- Requires fluency in both written and spoken English communication

- Prior knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 development are preferred.

- Power Platform experience preferred
