Position Summary :

The Allscripts TW (TouchWorks) Support Analyst is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and optimization of the TW EHR. This role works closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the application effectively supports clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day application support for TW (TouchWorks), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management), FMH (Follow MyHealth)

- Collaborate with clinical end users to gather requirements and optimize workflows.


- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders

- Participate in TW upgrades, patches, and testing cycles, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Experience in ICD 10 and CPT code updates

- Document application changes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

- Engage in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Overall 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting TouchWorks, VPM , Follow MyHealth
