Advanze - Duck Creek Billing Developer - Payment Gateway Integration

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Duck Creek Billing modules including Author, Business Rules, Payment Plans, Commission Setup, Invoice Generation, Reminders, and PCN.

- Work on end-to-end billing lifecycle management, including OOS (Out-of-Sequence) transaction processing.

- Manage and customize features such as Installment Schedule, Payment Allocation, Payment Override, General Ledger, and Direct Billing.

- Develop solutions for personal and commercial lines as a Manuscript Developer.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Contribute to effort estimation and solution design for billing implementations.

- Follow and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation protocols.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues using tools such as TRACE Monitor and TSV Debugger.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing development.

- Strong understanding of Duck Creek Author, Rules, and Billing configurations.

- Experience with payment gateway integration, invoice and schedule generation.

- Exposure to general ledger management and direct billing workflows.

- Proficiency in debugging tools (TRACE Monitor, TSV Debugger).

- Good understanding of insurance business processes (personal and commercial lines).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience in insurance product implementations (Duck Creek Suite).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and automated deployment strategies.
