Advanced Analytics & Data Platform Lead - ETL Tools

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead analytics engineering and data platform development initiatives to support enterprise-wide analytics goals.

- Design and optimize data architectures on Snowflake, including RBAC, cost management, performance tuning, and security best practices.

- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models using dbt or equivalent tools.

- Architect and implement Customer 360 data models and identity resolution pipelines that unify customer data from multiple sources.

- Integrate data pipelines with reverse ETL tools, APIs, and orchestration frameworks to enable seamless data flows.

- Establish KPI governance frameworks and translate business metrics into scalable technical implementations.

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and SQL generators to accelerate data platform development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to communicate data strategies and analytics insights effectively.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing data and analytics team.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data platform leadership, or data product management.

- Deep hands-on expertise with Snowflake, including RBAC, cost control, performance tuning, and security management.

- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in dbt or similar data modeling frameworks.

- Proven track record designing Customer 360 data models and identity resolution solutions.

- Experience with reverse ETL tools, API integrations, and orchestration frameworks.

- Skilled in KPI governance and translating business metrics into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, SQL generators).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in leading and mentoring small to mid-size data/analytics teams
