We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer Generative AI with 58 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, with a strong focus on generative applications that power creativity, automation, and scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, production-ready AI/ML models for real-world applications.

- Own the end-to-end model lifecycle : data acquisition, preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Architect and deploy Generative AI solutions (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal systems) in production environments.

- Collaborate closely with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and leadership to integrate AI seamlessly into products and business workflows.

- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.

- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development and MLOps.

- Evaluate emerging AI research and technologies, driving strategic adoption within the organization.

- Maintain high-quality documentation to ensure reproducibility, governance, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

- 58 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

- Strong proven experience in Generative AI (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar models).

- Deep expertise in Python and AI frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face).

- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions using APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, multimodal AI systems, and transformer architectures.

- Experience building scalable AI systems in production environments.

Good to Have :

- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and building custom training pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)

- Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and model governance.

- Prior experience leading AI initiatives or mentoring teams.
