We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our innovative and fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, with a strong focus on Generative AI applications.

- Own the complete model lifecycle including data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Collaborate closely with software engineers, data engineers, and product teams to integrate AI models into production systems.

- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, latency, and scalability.

- Explore emerging AI technologies, research papers, and tools to recommend new approaches for product enhancement.

- Create and maintain clear, structured documentation to support reproducibility and team knowledge sharing.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

- 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development.

- Strong practical experience with Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, or similar).

- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.

- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or multimodal AI systems.

- Immediate joiners or short notice periods will be preferred.

Good To Have :

- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and building custom generative pipelines.

- Familiarity with LangChain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, and other modern AI tooling.

- Knowledge of MLOps practices for deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models.
