Role Overview :

The ADP Tester will support payroll transformation projects involving Workday-to-ADP integrations. The role includes validating payroll data, executing test cycles, identifying defects, and collaborating with Workday and ADP teams to ensure accurate payroll processing across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct end-to-end payroll testing for ADP GlobalView, Celergo, or Workforce Now

- Test payroll processing, rules, calculations, and gross-to-net results

- Validate inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and ADP

- Execute test scenarios, analyze results, and document findings

- Log defects, track resolutions, and ensure timely closure

- Support parallel payroll testing and reconciliation activities

- Ensure accuracy of data mapping, file formats, and payroll configurations

- Collaborate with Workday teams, ADP SMEs, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Prepare test documentation, test evidence, and compliance records

- Ensure testing alignment with project timelines and quality benchmarks

Required Skillsets :

- Strong experience with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, or ADP Workforce Now

- In-depth understanding of payroll rules, gross-to-net calculations, and statutory requirements

- Experience in testing Workday payroll interfaces and integrations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Hands-on experience with test execution, defect management, and test documentation

- Knowledge of payroll data structures, mapping logic, and validation checks

- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and payroll SMEs

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate test results clearly
