Job Title : Adobe Target Developer

Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe Target Developer to join our digital marketing and personalization team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working with Adobe Target and associated Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
- Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch to deliver optimized user experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to define and execute testing strategies.
- Build and maintain audience segments and experiences based on business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to Adobe Target and related tools.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills :
- Expertise in Adobe Target (A/B testing, XT, Auto-Target, Recommendations).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch for tag management and deployment.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics for tracking and reporting performance of Target activities.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end tag manipulation and implementation.
- Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA) and asynchronous content loading.
- Experience in debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have :
- Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-traffic B2C domains.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end tag manipulation and implementation.
- Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA) and asynchronous content loading.
- Experience in debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
