Description :

We are seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) to design, implement, and optimize unified customer profiles and real-time data activation across marketing, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.

This role requires deep understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, data governance, and real-time personalization, along with hands-on experience integrating RTCDP with Adobe Experience Cloud and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities :

RTCDP Architecture & Implementation :

- Design and implement Adobe RTCDP solutions to unify customer data from online and offline sources.

- Configure Real-Time Customer Profiles, schemas, datasets, and identity namespaces.

- Define and implement identity resolution strategies (deterministic and probabilistic).

- Ingest data using Streaming, Batch, and Edge ingestion methods.

- Design data flows aligned with business use cases and personalization goals.

Data Integration & Engineering :

Integrate RTCDP with :

- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

- Adobe Analytics

- Adobe Target

- Adobe Journey Optimizer

- Adobe Campaign


- Integrate third-party data sources (CRM, POS, ERP, DMP, loyalty systems).

- Work with APIs, Adobe Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and server-side integrations.

- Ensure data accuracy, freshness, and scalability across platforms.

Segmentation & Activation :

- Build and manage real-time and batch audience segments.

- Activate audiences across Adobe and non-Adobe destinations (paid media, email, personalization engines).

- Optimize audience performance and personalization effectiveness.

- Support real-time use cases such as next-best-action and in-session personalization.

Data Governance, Privacy & Security:

- Implement data governance using Adobe Experience Platform Data Governance (DULE labels).

- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise privacy standards.

- Manage consent, access controls, and data usage policies.

- Partner with legal, privacy, and security teams to ensure compliant data activation.

Analytics & Optimization :

- Collaborate with analytics teams to validate data flows and customer profiles.

- Support measurement frameworks for customer journeys and personalization outcomes.

- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve ingestion or activation issues.

- Continuously optimize RTCDP configurations for performance and scalability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement:

- Work closely with marketing, product, data engineering, and IT teams.

- Translate business requirements into RTCDP technical solutions.

- Provide platform guidance, documentation, and best practices.

- Train internal teams on RTCDP capabilities and usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms, Martech, or Digital Analytics.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe RTCDP / Adobe Experience Platform.

- Proven experience implementing CDP solutions in enterprise environments.

Technical Skills :

- Adobe RTCDP & Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

- XDM schemas, datasets, identity services

- Streaming & batch data ingestion

- Adobe Web SDK / Mobile SDK

- APIs, JSON, REST

- Audience segmentation and activation
